Shipping

Orders ship from Nashville, Tennessee by USPS within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking when it ships.

Shipping is free in the US. Most orders arrive in about 3 to 8 business days. I only ship to US addresses right now.

Prints ship flat in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing.

Damaged, wrong or lost?

If your print arrives damaged, you get the wrong item, or your order never shows up, email hello@monsteramondayshop.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). For damage, please include a photo.

I’ll send a free replacement or a refund. You don’t need to ship anything back.

Returns

I don’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If you’re not sure about a size, check the frame size on the print’s page or ask me before you order.

Digital downloads

Downloads are ready right after you pay: on the thank-you page, in your confirmation email and any time in My orders. Your links don’t expire, so you can download your files again whenever you need them.

Because files can’t be sent back, downloads can’t be returned or refunded if you change your mind. If a file is broken, missing or wrong, email hello@monsteramondayshop.com and I’ll fix it or refund you.

Downloads are for personal use. Please don’t share or sell the files or prints made from them.
