How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Nashville, Tennessee by USPS within 1 to 3 business days, and you’ll get tracking by email. Shipping is free in the US, and most orders arrive in about 3 to 8 business days. More on shipping.
How do digital downloads work?
After you pay, your files are on the thank-you page, in your confirmation email and in My orders. The links don’t expire. Print at home or at a print shop. See the digital downloads.
Are the prints framed?
No, prints ship unframed in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing. Each print’s page shows its size and which frame fits it.
What size are the prints, and what paper?
Most prints are 8.5 × 11 inches on 110 lb. white cardstock. They fit an 8.5 × 11 frame, or an 11 × 14 frame with a mat.
How do I care for my print?
Frame it behind glass and keep it out of direct sun and away from moisture.
Can I send a print as a gift?
Yes! Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

What if my print arrives damaged or never arrives?
Email me within 14 days of delivery (with a photo if it’s damaged) and I’ll send a free replacement or a refund. Nothing needs to be shipped back. Full details.
